Return & Exchange Policy

At AGP Pearls, we take pride in providing high-quality merchandise. Every item is carefully inspected before it is packaged and shipped to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds.

We offer exchanges only within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

If the item you requested for exchange is no longer available, store credit will be issued for the purchase amount. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase.

To request an exchange, please contact us at agp.pearls.fashion@gmail.com before sending your item back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at agp.pearls.fashion@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that while we thoroughly inspect every item before shipment, damage may occasionally occur during transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Accessories, jewelry, and personal care/beauty products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized items
